Find out what's making you sick and how to heal.
Anthony William is the medical medium.
Hello, I'm Anthony William.
You're listening to the Medical Medium radio show where each week I talk about the most
advanced healing information and secrets about health, much of which is not found anywhere
else and is decades ahead of what's out there now.
Can you believe that?
Well, we're going to show you in this episode all these neat little things that you just don't find out there
that nobody's really talking about and nobody really understands like we need to.
So a part of this episode is getting that information out there so you actually have information so you're not in the dark.
The one thing I've learned about illness, conditions, mystery illness, I call it mystery illness,
because 95% of all sickness on the planet's really mystery,
no matter how you cut into it, even heart problems, even heart problems.
It's like we still don't know why someone's heart gets enlarged.
You know, we still don't know why.
So, you know, with mystery illness in general,
I know that when someone's in the dark, it's half the problem.
It's half of it.
you want to know, was it that spider? Was that a spider bite on my hand? And that's why it's
swollen or, you know, cause you don't know what if, you know, exactly you're like, Hey, my hand's
swollen. What was it? You're running to the doctor and you're like, is it a spider bite?
Is it, what is it a beast? Why is it swollen? And it's just all of a sudden a mystery.
And when we're in the dark, it, it, it just, it compiles and it, it piles up on itself and it,
It gets, you know, gets into a whole maddening level.
And so when I say we're going to find out, you know, much of what is not found anywhere else in these decades at a time, I mean that.
And it matters who has 10, 20, 30 years to wait to find out why they got symptoms, why they got tingles and numbness, why they have all these different symptoms.
And you go to a doctor and doctor and you're looking for answers.
It's really difficult out there.
There's no time to spare.
So let's start the healing now.
Today's show is about healing your neurological system.
That is one of our biggest mystery areas there is to go.
That's the place.
That's mystery illness, neurological system.
We're talking like, I mean, a sensitive central nervous system.
But how would somebody even know you have a sensitive central nervous system when no one's put the dots together in the medical fields to know that, oh, wait a minute, that's your nervous system?
So, you know, neuropathy, sure, those are nerves.
We know that.
But those little tinglings and the humming and the buzzing and the tremors and the shakes and the chemical sensitivities, chemical sensitivities is neurological.
And nobody knows that.
And so it's important.
See, so I want to make sure we are armed.
We are totally armed here.
It's critical because being in the dark is, oh, man, that's half the battle to getting peace.
You know, knowing what's going on is half the battle to getting peace.
And then when you're when they're dark, we just, you know, we're in this we're in this bad place when we don't know what we're doing.
Brain fog, fatigue, neurological fatigue.
Can you believe it?
Neurological fatigue.
Now, that's getting out there because I've actually been teaching about that for years because we always thought not me, not me, because I'm I'm I'm getting you this info today.
But the majority of everybody out there always thought fatigue was either all in someone's head or they're lazy or they're crazy.
And then it's adrenal fatigue.
That's what everybody thought.
It's adrenal fatigue.
So when medicine, both alternatively and conventional, were actually progressing, oh, it's adrenals.
And, of course, we do have people out there with fatigued adrenals.
That's true.
But there's neurological fatigue.
fatigue. That's a whole nother game. That's that fatigue puts us into a whole nother category where
it's our nervous system causing the fatigue. And, you know, you can't find that on the internet.
That's important to know. And that's what I mean. I have to arm everyone with this stuff.
This is a big deal. And, you know, like the brain fog, like I said, the neurological system needs
some help in today's world. That is one of the biggest, most comprehensive areas of our mystery
illness today is the neurological system. So today we will discuss the true causes,
neurological symptoms, and how to begin healing. Feel free to call in. Call in and we're going to
try to get some more calls done today. Maybe we can get more than one done and get a bunch done
possibly if we get there, if we get there. So call in and we'll do a reading. We'll have Spirit take
a look. So Canada 866-254-1579 and international 760-918-4300. Remember to go to my website,
medicalmedium.com, where you can download my free chapter of my new book, Medical Medium,
Secrets Behind Chronic and Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal, which is also available on
Amazon, Barnes and Nobles. A little bit about me. If this is the first time locking onto this show,
and this is new for you. It all started when I was young, when I was little and spirit was speaking
to me and I heard spirit. I woke up one morning and just heard spirit. All of a sudden someone
was in there with me, meaning in the room, I heard spirit from the outside. You know, people say,
what makes your gift different? Why is it? How is it different? There's plenty of mediums out there
and there's plenty of intuitives. How does it work? It works because the voice is on the outside,
not the in. What that means is I'm hearing it streaming all the time, 24 seven, no matter where
I go, no matter what I'm doing, I hear the voice talking and I can take my hand and block it
partially as if you have a friend next to you that's trying to talk to you about something in
your ear and you put your hand up because you don't want to hear it and you go la, la, la, la, la.
And it can partially block it. It's from the outside of the body. That is how it is different.
So if anyone's curious, that's how it works with me.
Now, that voice helped me diagnose my grandmother of lung cancer at age four and dedicated my entire life finding answers for people, getting them information through the voice I hear, no matter where I am, what I'm doing.
And I've helped tens of thousands of people recover, find answers, get to where they need to be, get armed, get to the place they have to be to heal and give them everything I got.
So that's a little bit about me. Now, you know, when it comes down to sickness and illness and mystery illness, there's a lot of hurt, a lot of hurt.
And we have to have compassion. It's something I had to I had to develop over time, because at the beginning I was like, oh, I don't care.
When I was young, I was like, I don't care if people get these answers. I just want to live my life.
I want to do what I want to do.
And Spirit was saying to me, no, we have to get this information out there because people suffer.
And they've gone through so much.
And people can go through a whole lifetime suffering with no answers.
And so I had to learn to be like, yeah, you're right.
So when I was 8, 9, 10 years old, I had to just click on, click into it, and get that compassion into the heart and realize that, yeah, you know, it's not about me as being 8, 9, 10 years old.
and growing up 11 years old and 12 years old, living my life, it's about getting people what
they need because people, people really do suffer from this stuff. And when it comes down to mystery
illness, it's really a big bag of things, really a big bag of suffering and confusion and everything
else. Because the nervous system, essential nervous system and neurological symptoms are one of the
most maddening, frustrating, inconsistent, annoying, irritating things to have when we're
dealing with sickness. A lot of reasons. Because we get these symptoms, we run to the doctor,
the doctor doesn't know what's going on, let's send you to a neurologist, neurologist doesn't
really know what's going on, maybe you got anxiety, here's a pill, see you later. I mean,
that's just one out of, you know, hundreds of different scenarios. I'm not trying to stereotype
type that scenario that this exactly happens, but I'm sure someone out there is like, hey,
that happened to me. So it's important to know that it's really maddening in so many ways. It's
really frustrating and it can really bring people down. And, you know, I mean, look, there are so
many things like, let's talk about some of the different symptoms. Maybe you actually can connect
to this, you know, nerve spasms, muscle spasms. You may not even know it's a nerve spasm because
Maybe, you know, your doctor didn't tell you and they just thought it was a muscle spasm.
First of all, muscles don't technically spasm.
It's a nerve that's in the muscle that's spasming.
So that's important to know.
So if you're eating a lot of different spasms or twitches, those are nerves.
Maybe some of you are going through that.
Ticks, that's neurological.
Those are nerves.
And some of us know this stuff, absolutely.
And there's some amazing practitioners out there that know a lot of these different things.
But there's some we don't.
Dizziness, vertigo, that's the vagus nerve right there.
So if you had dizziness, vertigo, feeling like you're on a boat, you know, rocking back and forth,
those are all in that kind of dizziness, vertigo kind of pattern.
That's the vagus nerve being irritable or irritated or problematic.
and I've talked about in different shows what causes these things.
Like, for instance, the vertigo, that's the vagus nerve caused by Epstein-Barr.
That's just one example.
We're going to cover other causes too.
Pains in the neck, you know, weird, a weird gnawing in the gut, in the gut, in the stomach.
So a lot of people have intestinal problems and they're neurological.
They're actually neurological.
isn't that interesting and you know you may have that going on there's people that don't think they
can digest anything because they feel it going down in through their gut in through their intestinal
tract from their stomach right down to duodenum right through the small intestinal tract right
down to the colon i mean they feel it and what they're feeling are thousands of nerves going to
the intestinal tract colon and stomach coming off of different places all the way from the bottom of
the vagus nerve, the bottom of the phrenic nerve, it's all down in there. And then nerves coming off
the spine, going to the different parts of the intestinal tract. And they're feeling the food,
and they think they can't digest anything, but it's neurological. So they go to the gastrointestinal
doctor, they go to the gastroenterologist, and they go to different doctors, and they're looking
for help. And they're getting answers like, well, maybe you have some IBS, maybe,
Maybe it's anxiety.
Maybe it's this and that.
And they're sensitive nerves.
So a fluttering heart.
A lot of times we run to the doctor, we run to the cardiologist.
We have a fluttering heart, and it's neurological.
It's the vagus nerve running right through the chest.
So the vagus nerve runs right from the brain through the neck, right by the throat, down into the chest.
And that could give you feelings like you can't swallow good.
You can't take a deep breath, but yet you're getting air.
And then you're now at the other doctor.
You're at the lung doctor now.
And you're, you know what I mean?
And so you're there and you're like, well, I can't breathe good.
Is it asthma?
And then you're going through this whole thing.
Well, is it asthma?
What is it?
You're blowing in that tube.
And so it's, it's, it's all part of it.
I mean, so many of this involves the neurological system.
So difficulty breathing, difficulty taking a deep breath, tingles and numbness on the hands and feet.
It's neurological.
You know, ringing in the ears, neurological.
Buzzing, humming in the ears.
It's all nervous system, central nervous system.
Whether you have a sensitive central nervous system or you've got something that's bothering you that you don't know about,
that you're not finding out about. So numbness on the hands and feet. So numbness also on the
hands and feet or in different parts of the body. You know, when people have numbness somewhere and
they've already gone to 10 doctors and they're at the neurologist and now they're on, you know,
some kind of drug and they, but they don't really have answers. This is where it gets frustrating.
This is where people have gone through so much for so long, for decades and decades.
We're not far in this field.
We're not far along with mystery illness.
We're not far along at all.
And hopefully we do someday.
And so, you know, so that tingles and numbness, that numbness and extremities, hands, cold
hands, cold feet, cold hands, cold feet, feeling like no circulation.
A lot of people have good circulation, but those are nerve sensations.
have making that hands and the feet kind of feeling cold. Fatigue, the neurological fatigue
I was talking about earlier. I couldn't help myself and I was blabbing away on the neurological
fatigue. Different than adrenal fatigue, nervous system fatigue just makes your legs feel like
they can't even, you can't even walk. You're like, oh, and you're trying to walk and you feel like
your head weighs, you know, 50 pounds and you feel like your body weighs so much and just getting
out of bed and standing up, that's neurological fatigue. That's a serious chronic fatigue.
And, you know, that comes with Epstein bars. You know, a lot of people that are, you know,
are dealing, so there are people with adrenal problems too and adrenal issues, but I'm talking
about neurological fatigue. There's nothing else like it out there. So that's important to
understand. Trouble swallowing, I talked about that. Tremors, shaking, all of these. You know,
there's fibromyalgia, there's neuralgia, neuropathy. Neuropathy basically is a word for
we don't know what's wrong with you. And it was, and I talked about this in the diabetes episode.
We don't know what's wrong. You know, this is diabetic neuropathy. Meanwhile, more people
without diabetes, and I repeat, more people without diabetes have diabetic neuropathy.
So, you know, imagine that.
I just saw a commercial just recently.
If you have diabetic neuropathy, I'm like, okay, what about the 75% more people that don't have diabetes but have the same symptom identical neuropathy?
So this is important to understand.
So, you know, like I said, neuropathy is, hey, we don't know what's going on.
But, yeah, it has something to do with your nerves.
and neuralgia, it's another one.
So that's nerve problems.
We can get them anywhere.
I talked about the shingle show.
You can get it in the gums.
You can get, you know, jaw pain, gum pain, nerve pain, weird sensations.
Sometimes, you know, doctors, you know, crack it up to neuralgia.
Fibromyalgia, another one.
People have aches and pains.
They don't feel good.
They can't exercise.
Everything hurts.
I mean, it's never-ending.
out there. And this is where it's like a ghost ship. I swear to God, it's a ghost ship out there.
It's like mystery illness and everything neurological sits on a ship with no captain
floating out there in the ocean somewhere. And that's where medicine is today with it.
Meanwhile, medicine today with other procedures are just fantastic. It's incredible,
you know, really advanced. But in this area, this is where the heartache is. This is where a lot of
the heartache, a lot of the aggravation, including neurological Lyme. I love that neurological Lyme.
We can put any name we want on it. It's still neurological. That's fine. You know, if someone's
out there and they're like, yeah, no, it's neurological Lyme. I'm fine with that. I mean,
you got to understand, you know, if you listen to the Lyme show or read the chapter in the book,
I'll tell you what Lyme really is.
But yes, it's neurological symptoms that if you go to a doctor, one doctor will say, well, it must be Lyme.
Another doctor will say it's neurological multiple sclerosis.
It's neurological ALS.
I mean, it's never-ending.
And go to a different guy, you get a different answer.
It's another thing that's really troublesome right now out there.
Got a different person, you get a different answer.
And it just goes around and around and around.
We're all working together.
We all want the same thing.
My job is to try to just make sense out of it for you and give you options so you rebuild your nervous system.
The nervous system, it's not even just about these other things like fibromyalgia, this mystery pain, by the way, which is Epstein-Barr.
Epstein-Barr is not responsible for all the neurological problems, but it's responsible for a good hunk of them.
It is.
And there's other ones like HHV6, HHV7, undiscovered HHV10, V11, V12 that Spirit has taught me about that isn't even discovered yet.
So I have to wait 20 more years, even though I already know about viruses that are causing people's trouble.
But I have to wait 20 more years before a virologist gets funding and actually discovers a new bug.
So Spirit told me to be patient throughout my life because of this.
So it's always been like this.
It's like 40 years ago telling somebody to get off wheat.
It was like an alien entered the room.
All right.
So, you know, so we got the fibro.
We got all that that I was talking about.
But then there's chemical sensitivities.
Who here has chemical sensitivities?
Do you know someone?
Do you have a friend that has a chemical sensitivity?
Maybe you got a friend or a family member.
That's neurological.
It's neurological.
But someone might say, you might say even, well, wait a minute.
No, it's when, you know, we breathe in paint.
No, it's I can't breathe in these diesel fumes outside when the delivery guy stops by.
And I can't handle the outgassing out of my walls.
You know, formaldehyde coming out of my couch.
I got to get an organic bed.
And yeah, rightfully so.
But what it is, it's the chemicals affecting the central nervous system because the central nervous system is sensitive already.
It's weak. It's sensitive already. So chemical sensitivities technically is neurological.
So it's just kind of a window. And then sensitive central nervous system,
you can also get, so let's hit some of this stuff. You get forgetfulness,
words misplaced, which I think my assistant told me I did a few times, misplaced a couple of words.
is pretty funny. And, you know, thinking about one word, but another one comes out,
central nervous system, that's a sensitive central nervous system right there. Feeling baffled,
confused, meaning feeling baffled for not really a good reason, not really a good reason to feel
baffled. Feelings of confusion, getting rattled really easy. You know, someone just gets rattled
like this, like really easy, no matter what, it's like, oh my God, they're already rattled.
You know, that's, that's a sensitive central nervous system. So even if you're not dealing
with, you know, other symptoms and you haven't gone to doctor to doctor and you haven't been
given all these diagnoses like fibro and MS and neurological Lyme and whatever else is going on,
and you haven't been given all this, you still could have someone that has sensitive central
nervous system. Are you too? Like, you know, like easily startled, you know, puzzled, getting puzzled
all the time, foggy, brain fog. Brain fog's neurological. That's what brain fog is. If anybody
puts a brain fog book out, they better say it's central nervous system. They don't. Book's already
obsolete. It's already antiquated because if those dots don't connect, then it's not even
in the running gate. So important to know this stuff. And I'm saying this because, hey, you got,
you have to have this information. And I don't want you going down a different track, you know,
disoriented, easily disconnected, feeling disconnected, anxiety. The term anxiety is,
that is about your nerves. So anybody who has anxiety has a sensitive central nervous system.
no matter what, it's sensitized. It can be easily rocked if there's anxiety involved.
That's a whole other one. Depression. Depression. That's the central nervous system. So if someone's
like, I don't have a sensitive nervous system, I'm not going to listen to this show. Go listen
to another one you do, maybe about a liver or something. No, actually, if you know someone
who has depression, the show applies. The show applies. What we're talking about applies.
Depression is central nervous system, feeling hopeless, empty, melancholy, listless, all that.
You know, and then words that I'm not even using to describe depression because someone out there
who knows, or if anybody's ever felt that and experienced that, it's intense. You can't even
put it to words. That's why we use the word depression, because it's hard to even put it
to a word. So with all this, it's important to look at one thing that regardless of what's
happening, say if you have Epstein-Barr causing fibro, or if you have a shingles causing neuropathy,
or shingles causing, you know, jaw pain, and many things that we talked about in the shingles show,
So whatever's happening, it's about restoring the nervous system.
It's about helping it, giving it everything it's got so you have a chance to heal and get out of that fog.
Get out of that place.
Get out of that darkness where, hey, I just don't know why I have this.
And so I want to make sure, because this show can only cover so much time, even though we'll do more shows and do more shows about it, so we just learn more.
But because we don't have so much time, I want to basically encompass it where we have to just do critical things to restore the nervous system.
So if you're someone with a little bit of Epstein-Barr, if you're someone with a little shingles, so if you're someone with other triggers like MSG, let's cover the triggers too.
So if you're someone with all these different things, like I said before, you've got the viral issues.
You got other things too, toxic heavy metals, MSG, aspartame, mold, whatever it is that your
nervous system can recover and it can strengthen. See, one person can be sitting at a Chinese food
place eating MSG. I mean, MSG is everywhere. You can eat organic cereal and it's laced with MSG
right now. That's something that we've talked about, the natural flavors, that's MSG. And
that's laced in everything right now. You can't even, you can't even buy food anymore in the
health food store without dodging natural flavoring or some kind of fruit flavor. That's not a real
fruit. It's just, it's an, it's a flavoring and which is MSG. So, you know, that's, that's,
that's an example. And someone else could be eating this, getting MSG in them and they don't
feel anything because they're still don't have a sensitive central nervous system. You might
be feeling something later, getting a tension headache, anything, because you may have a
sensitive central nervous system. I know couples that live in mold. They live in their house,
husband and wife, and they're basically living, they're sleeping in the mold,
they're eating in the mold, mold's in the air, toxins are high, everything, but the husband can
literally eat it. He could probably put it on a sandwich with peanut butter and eat it and not
even have a single symptom like it doesn't even exist. And then the wife actually is suffering
and bedridden practically, can't even function. She happens to have a sensitive central nervous
system, whether it's from some other underlying cause that I talk about in the different shows,
like Epstein-Barr or something else, but a sensitive central nervous system. So let's talk
about some of the different triggers that make the nervous system sensitive and weakened.
So neurotoxins, that's number one on the list. That's the infamous Epstein-Barr,
shingles, HHV6, thytomegler virus. That's these bugs and their varieties because it's a herpetic
virus, including in H1H2, you know, simplexes, the simplexes, simplex one, simplex two,
they release neurotoxins. These neurotoxins can cause a whole host of different sensitivities
with the nervous system, including chemical sensitivities, making the nerve sensitive,
or different symptoms, tingles, numbness, ringing the ears, vertigo, dizziness, all the different
things we talked about. So that's number one on the list. A lot of us deal with all these
underlying viral issues causing that. So we get hypersensitive. So there's really a reason why we
have to build up our nervous system to battle this. And then there's heavy metals, toxic heavy
metals, mercury, the ultimate just evil demon is mercury. That's, that's the ultimate, that's the
ultimate one right there. And it's still out there. It's still parading around and, and, you know,
going around, it's still under the wire, it's still under the carpet. It's still just, it's out there
in many different ways. We've got to look out. So mercury is a big one. Aluminum, lead, arsenic,
copper, nickel, toxic heavy metals. And then we get like alloy brain where our brain has a bunch
of these metals in it. And the metals are oxidizing, short-circuiting neurotransmitters
that run across a neuron. So that's what's happening there. And you've got to picture a
neuron in your brain like a stream. Okay. So just like, look, look at a stream floating by your,
you've probably seen a stream before. And so envision that. And then in that stream out there,
you know, in nature, there's electricity in that stream. It's actually alive. That's not dead
water. There's life in the stream and that stream has energy. Okay. So, and that's how it works.
Like it has electricity in that stream, not the kind that powers your house. This is different.
And so that living stream of water that's floating by, that's like a neuron. Electricity
going through that stream, that living water that's harboring that living energy is your
neurotransmitter running through your neuron. So imagine something getting in a way and kind of
blocking that or exploding that. Toxic heavy metals do that, gives us a host of different
symptoms. I talk about it in the toxic heavy metal show. So oxidizing metals can really cause
problems as far as neuro problems, neurological problems. So heavy metals are a big one on the
list. Neurotransmitters get shorted out. They diminish. Neurons diminish. Electrical impulses
break down. Seizures can occur from heavy metals. Having heavy metals in your brain for a long time
and on your nervous system, and this is something we deal with. Another trigger, MSG. Yeah, that
one's a big one. There we go. Natural flavors. So just when we were kind of just thinking, hey,
MSG is just in Chinese food. Back in the 90s and early 2000s, we're like, hey, we're actually
almost free of this MSG. Everybody knows it's poisonous. Everybody knows it's bad for you.
I mean, what it does is it just literally just eats away at the brain. That's what it does.
Just breaks down the nervous system. And so we know, and just when we're feeling kind of safe
and warm about MSG, meaning we know it's bad.
We're not eating it.
If you avoid certain food restaurants, then you can keep it out of your life.
And if you avoid foods that have artificial flavors and preservatives
and all that artificial preservatives, if you avoid that, you got it out of your life.
I remember that comfortable time.
It was kind of between like 1998 and 2006 or something.
I remember 2008.
I remember this time frame.
I don't have it exactly down.
But there's this window where, oh, don't even have to think about MSG causing our neurological problems, causing our depression, eating away at the brain, you know, causing lesions in the brain.
Like we don't even have to worry.
And then what happens?
something like horrible happens. It gets into every food that's natural that you can possibly
think about, including natural herbal teas, everything. Oh, you got to look, you'll see it,
natural flavoring. It's in everything. It completely said somebody decided that we,
you know, we were having too much fun being free from that one poison. And now it's here more than
ever before in history. May as well just eat at the Chinese place because you know what,
Chinese restaurant, because you know what? That food will probably be safer than what's going on
in a lot of the health foods that we have with natural flavorings and shakes, protein shakes
riddled with natural flavorings, vanilla flavor. That's MSG. So you got to look out for this stuff.
Aspartame, that's another one. Great God, it causes seizures like crazy in a lot of people.
Look out for that one.
Kills the neurological system in so many ways, the neurons.
And then we talked about mold a little bit.
So these are all the things we're up against.
And the amount of mystery symptoms that all of this creates sends us doctor shopping,
makes us confused, makes us feel our body's letting us down.
And God forbid somebody says, well, you got an autoimmune disease,
and they tell you your body's destroying itself.
When it's not, you know better.
You've heard enough from me.
You've heard every show I mention that once in a while.
I'm probably, you know, repetitive with that.
Because just so you know, your body's not attacking itself.
It never will.
It's never going to.
It never has.
It's just someone out there in the medical communities don't know what causes your symptoms.
So autoimmune was put to blame, and then it filtered into the alternative department.
Now everybody thinks they know what they're talking about with that when they don't.
So remember, your body doesn't attack itself.
So important to understand.
So out of all these things, what do we do?
How do we protect you and your central nervous system?
How do we make sure that you're safe and that you do the right things?
So it's because it's really about that because everyone out there has their own blend.
Someone has a little MSG.
Someone has a viral issue.
Someone has, you know, stress.
It's a big trigger.
Someone has something going on that's breaking down the nervous system.
And I didn't even cover the whole stress one.
I didn't even go there, you know, talk about planet stress and how hard it is to kind of, you know, raise our kids here.
And how hard it is to just live life here.
It's not so easy.
And that's hard on the central nervous system.
That can even trigger off anxiety.
It's not even just a toxin.
So with all that, what do we do?
We have to understand the brain and the nervous system and what it needs.
That's what we have to do.
And here's where it gets, you know, basically here's where it gets rough seas in the sense of trends out there.
This is where the trend has to be broken a little bit.
Because there's a trend right now that's not going to help people recover their central nervous systems.
They're not going to recover their neurological problems and help them get their symptoms better.
It's a big old trend.
So this is some controversy.
We're going into some controversy now.
So that's what we're doing.
So the brain, understanding the brain and what it needs, the most important thing to understand about our nerves, our central nervous system, our brain, is that we need to know what our brain and our nerves fuel on.
What it fuels on.
What it feeds off of.
So our nervous system feeds off of something like a plant that needs the right amount of food, the right amount of water.
So this is where it all matters right here.
Okay.
Now, the big thing right now is that your brain doesn't run on sugar.
This is the trend.
This is the misconception that your brain doesn't run on sugar and it runs on fat.
that's really ridiculous because that's not how it works, and that's not the truth.
See, we once discovered a while back when no one really cared,
but we once discovered, and it was an amazing discovery,
that your brain ran on sugar.
It runs on glucose.
That's how it operates.
So for some reason, the trend is going against that.
A big mistake is happening out there,
and you don't want to be part of this mistake in your lifetime.
You don't want another 10 years going by in your life
where you follow this trend, you follow this pipe in the wrong direction. So your brain runs on
sugar. It runs on glucose and it runs on mineral salts. So your nervous system, your whole central
nervous system runs on mineral salts and it runs on sugar. It runs on salt and sugar. Okay. So
Well, here's something interesting.
Has anyone ever eaten a brain before out there?
Someone probably did.
Someone probably had some kind of brain, whether it was a cow brain or a monkey brain in some other country or it was whatever.
I mean, people eat brains or a lamb brain.
I don't know.
You know, people eat brains out there.
If you think I'm kidding, I'm not.
I mean, people do.
They do.
And maybe they eat grass-fed brains, okay?
So at least they're grass-fed.
And some people don't eat grass-fed, you know, which is not good.
If you're going to eat any animal products, please be grass-fed.
So brain in itself doesn't taste bland and fatty.
That's not what it tastes like.
Brain tastes sweet like a custard, a sweet custard with lots of sugar in it.
Brain tastes like a sweet custard with salt in it, sweet and salty.
Your brain is mostly comprised of glia cells tissue, which is saturated with storage bins of glucose, storage bins of jelly-like glucose with some salts in there, mineral salts.
That's what the brain runs on in the nervous system.
So if you hop on a trend, listen, if you have no neurological symptoms, you have no worry, no depression, no anxiety, no tingles, numbness, no aches and pains, no neuro fatigue, no, you know, all the symptoms I went through, you know, methodically and slowly with you.
If you have none of that going on, you can go with any trend diet you want.
You can go with anyone that lacks sugar.
You can be sugar free, carbohydrate free completely.
Do what you want.
But if you got something neurological going on, the sugar has to come back in the diet.
And I'm not talking about table sugar.
I'm not talking about bad sugar.
I'm not talking about corn, corn syrup.
I'm talking about some fruits and stuff.
So if you want to balance your diet better when you have a neurological problem, you bring in more fruits.
And then you bring in more salty vegetables.
Salty vegetables.
You bring in more celery.
You know, people say, hey, I'm the celery guy.
Hey, the celery juice.
Yeah, I'll tell you why.
I've seen it recover thousands of people in the last 30 years of me doing this.
I've seen it recover so many people.
And that's why.
Why does it do that?
So many people have neurological problems, whether it's mixed up in anxiety and depression
and all the different reasons I said that occurs, whether it's Epstein-Barr, heavy metals,
or MSG, or whatever it is, or stress, whatever it is.
But the celery juice is critical.
It's a mineral salt complex that recovers people with neurological symptoms.
And then the other thing is bringing in things like those wild blueberries,
bringing in those necessary sugars that have different medicines in them.
So we're going to cover some of the different things.
Let's go into some of the salty stuff.
Spinach, that's incredibly important.
You have something neurological going on.
Spinach is amazing.
It's filled with mineral salts.
Lettuce, romaine lettuce, green leaf lettuce, red leaf lettuce, butter lettuce, all filled with mineral salts.
Mache, people call it mosh.
That's probably the right term.
It's a green.
It's got the mineral salts going on in there.
Olives are olive oil, a little bit of olive oil.
If you run across a diet with like no oils, no olive oil, that's not necessarily accurate if you're dealing with any kind of problems with the nervous system.
Now, olives have sugar in them.
The olives themselves, olive oil has a little less of that.
So it just tastes like this kind of bitter, fatty kind of consistency.
But the raw olives have a sugar in there, one that the brain uses.
Not a fat, but a sugar.
So it's important to understand. Bananas, one of the biggest ones ever for the neurotransmitters.
And you got to understand the neurotransmitters need these salty vegetables and these sweet fruits like bananas.
And this doesn't mean you have to stop eating other things that are in your diet.
This doesn't mean you have to go, you know, plant based or, you know, you can you can do what feels right.
You just can't ignore these things. You just can't ignore these things.
You can't be like, whoa, I'm going to gain weight from a banana.
I've been told sugar's bad by the trend, the trend train out there.
Meanwhile, banana can ensure you don't get neurological symptoms or that your neurological
symptoms can back off down the road.
Important to understand, papaya, big one.
I've helped people recover from the worst neurological conditions.
They've been to 100 doctors, laid in bed half their life, and papaya alone at the right
amount coupled with the right kind of salties, greens, and vegetables. I've seen people come
back from just, you know, horror and come back and live their lives and move forward. So it's
no joke here. Wild blueberries. I'm not talking about knowing. I'm not talking from a place with
no experience. I'm coming from a place with a lot of experience with this. That's a whole nother
thing too. This isn't something I pulled off the internet and I'm trying to make a show out of.
This all comes from that experience. So the wild blueberries, that's a big one. Restores
brain tissue. The glucose, the fructose in wild blueberries is incredible for the brain.
Raspberries, blackberries, sweet potatoes and yams. Regular potato is perfectly fine for the brain,
even though it's being shunned. It's the butter that's supposed to be shunned.
You know, if that's what's important, the butter is supposed to be shunned.
Someone came up to me recently and was like, you know, I'm into this whole like butter, you know, butter in my coffee thing.
It's making me stronger or whatever.
I'm like, why don't you just go to the International House of Pancakes and get yourself, you know, some toast with it and an egg and you'll have your coffee and butter.
Maybe that that standard American breakfast that's been around for 50 years will make you stronger.
It's that it's kind of that silly with the trends.
and we've got to watch out when you don't get wrapped up into them.
So, you know, sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, just don't put butter on them.
Dulse, seaweeds.
Dulse is important.
Nori is important.
Really incredible.
Herbal teas, nattoleaf tea, raspberry leaf tea, lemon balm.
It's incredible for your central nervous system.
Supplements, let's hit some of those.
That B12, the adenosilcobalamin and the methylcobalamin combined, miracle.
I got practitioners now and doctors that have been talking to me over the past couple of years,
and they're talking to me about the B12s, and I'm giving information out, and it's making them look like heroes
because adenosilcobalamin is the B12, the coenzyme that restores the nervous system.
Although we believe it's just methylcobalamin, it's not.
It's the adenosylcobalamin.
So you want that B12.
You've got B-complex, Pharmagaba.
Pharmagaba is a great one.
That's a neurotransmitter chemical.
That's fantastic for the central nervous system.
You know, go to your practitioner with some of this stuff and say, hey, look, can I use this?
What do you think?
There's some great guys and girls out there, and you can get help.
The barley grass juice powder that's a salty, what that is right there, there's a sodium in there, naturally in there, that rebuilds a neurotransmitter.
That's how important barley grass juice powder is.
My favorite is Vimrigy.
It's always been.
I love that stuff.
I've seen it make people's migraines go away.
That's neurological.
I've seen it help so many people.
So Vimrigy, it starts with a V as in Victor, so you don't confuse it with other companies.
And then calcium, magnesium.
Magnesium is important as well.
So it's about restoring the nervous system.
So whatever you've got going on and however you've been searching for answers,
and we're going to cover that in other shows about what really does what with what,
and I try to get what I could have done this show.
But whatever's going on, don't go sugar-free, meaning be sugar-free with the cane sugar,
be sugar-free with the corn syrup, but make sure you get some of these fruits in there,
some of these vegetables in there.
Okay, you can't do it with just vegetables.
It's not going to happen.
So if you're someone that eats a lot of meat and you do meat and vegetables, you've got to bring in some of these other foods.
If you're dealing with something neurological, whether it's depression, anxiety, or whatever it is, and no matter what, whether you're someone who is just plant-based, someone who's vegetarian, however it is, bring these in.
If you got symptoms, if you got concerns, if you've been dealing with a lot, this is important and critical.
It's about rebuilding the nervous system so you're less chemical sensitive, less sensitive, so you don't get sensitive to mold as much, so we can rebuild those nerves.
So I think we covered what we could, and let's talk with Melissa Line 4.
So Line 4, Melissa.
Melissa, are you there?
Hey, how are you?
Good. How are you doing?
Good. I'll keep it quick to get to others.
But I have some. By the way, I love the book. It's like my Bible right now.
Oh, cool. Cool.
No, no, that cheers me up. That cheers me up. I would have never thought that's the best.
Yeah, it's like my Bible.
Well, it's mine, too. It's my Bible.
That's awesome. Well written.
So anyway, my issue is I moved to an area that was really heavily polluted, and then I went from mild anxiety to severe anxiety and now a little bit borderline panic attacks.
So I'm just wondering, what are you picking up that caused this?
And if you can check out my amygdala part of the brain.
Well, it's everything we're talking about like today where whatever caused it, and I'm going to take a quick look, but this is for everybody to know.
Whatever caused it, it's about recovering the nervous system because those are all central nervous system issues.
Right.
All of that, like anxiety and nervousness and brain fog and confusion and all of that, weakness, meaning feeling kind of weak sometimes.
All of that, that's the central nervous system.
So you were in a polluted area, you said?
Yes.
It's actually, it was known for valley fever.
And everyone suffered from, I mean, not everyone, but a lot of people suffered from anxiety and panic attacks because you just couldn't get air.
California is beautiful, but the air quality is just, I mean, you can, I'm in a better place now in San Diego, but you look across the sky and you can just see the haze.
Yeah, I totally get it.
You know, when I get out there from time to time, there's areas where it's just you see that that haze has got a dark color in it.
Yeah, you can just see it and it's suffocating.
And where I lived in the valley, it wasn't there was no positive, like there was no airflow.
So you just sat in it.
And then not only did you have the major city small, but you had the farming community.
And that's why Valley Fever is just like a huge area.
The conventional farming areas, I mean, that's one place where we've never tapped into in the world where something has to be done with the amount of burning they do.
They just burn, burn, burn plastic.
They just burn plastic all day, all night, all day, all night.
And it never stops.
And it just blows ashes and garbage.
It's terrible.
It's terrible.
When you don't have airflow, it's like you just sit in it.
it doesn't have any place to go and then so yeah that's what you're causing it because i couldn't
breathe and then um so i'm at a place now where it's better but i'm still not 100 out of woods
because i'm still in california i love it here but yeah it's gonna take some it's gonna take
some time you just have a high heavy metal level you know i mean that's what i knew i knew it i'm
taking all your symptoms doing the magnesium right now i'm doing the hawaiian stuff i'm doing the um
What do you think of the foot pad?
Do you think those work?
You know, try them.
There's a lot of them.
You know, people have them in their closets now because a lot of people don't think it works, and then a lot of people do.
And then the people who don't think it does, they just put it in the closet.
The rest of the gadgets they buy, I would – they wait for a friend, and they're like, hey, try this.
But just, you know, I would say try it for sure, and make sure you're doing your spirulina.
As far as a scan, though, what do you see as the source of the respiratory and the panic?
Yeah, we did a scan.
It's a sensitive vagus nerve.
Okay, vagus.
Yeah, it's the vagus nerve 100%, V-A-G-U-S.
And that's what we see on the scan.
It's slightly inflamed.
Okay.
Because of two reasons.
Because you're 100% correct because of certain levels of farm pollution.
Right.
And then the other thing is you've already had some heavy metals in there.
So it's just they're working together and it pushed you over the edge.
It's like that was the straw that broke the camel's back.
So that's what the vagus nerve and the heavy metal.
So just really attack the liver, the central nervous system, the vagus nerve, and the heavy metals.
Totally.
You should be on the right kind of B12 that I always talk about in my members club and everything else.
And you should be on that one.
spirulina and start pulling heavy metals out.
And then people say, well, it's Corella.
No, Corella is a
messy, messy, messy
product. What it does
is it redisperses it pretty
quickly. It picks it up and drops it right
away. It doesn't get as far.
It's something that will have to change out there.
Corella doesn't really work.
You've got to do the Hawaiian
spirulina. You've got to do the wild blueberries.
Wild blueberries pull more metal
out of the brain than anything on
I love those.
And you can buy them.
I found them in the freezer department.
You can get a big bag for like 15 bucks.
I was like, woohoo.
You know what's funny?
We go to our practitioners and we get these concoctions that taste so bitter and horrible.
And we're just trying to drink down these powders.
Meanwhile, wild blueberries can do more for people.
They're sweet.
And they're so delicious.
They go good on like everything.
I know.
You can get more out of those babies than you can get out of anything.
that is so funny yeah and then you do you do your you know your barley grass juice powder that's
another one that pulls pulls yeah i got that too you know i did an article i did an article and
you can find it you can find it on uh on goop um and the article is about how heavy metals really
work and about how you know things take it out kind of like i did in the book and you know there's
there's when one thing wants to drop something like drops the mercury you need something else
that's actually there to pick it up because our body systems work in these different layers.
And so if you have the wild blueberries, the barley grass, cheese powder, this Hawaiian spirulina,
the dolls, so the dolls, and you need that in there, if you have them all in there,
you'll get the metal successfully out of the brain and nervous system, out of the body till the end
where you'll just be eliminating that and peeing it out. And so that's, and you'll recover,
Get the B12 in there to restore the nerves.
Do the other things you're doing, and you'll start getting better.
Perfect.
Awesome.
Do you see this getting better?
I don't see it getting worse.
Spirit tells me it's getting better.
Woo-hoo.
Nice.
Thank you so much.
I can't wait for it.
I love this book.
I can't wait for the next one.
It was wonderful talking to you.
Wow.
Yeah, the next one's coming out, I think, November 8th or something,
in the beginning of November.
I spread the word everywhere.
I'm like, yeah, medical medium, you got to get it.
I give your past the information along.
I need you to spread the word.
I need you to.
I know.
I need the help.
I need the help.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Seriously.
I love you for it.
It means everything to us over here.
All right, I'm going to go touch some celery juice.
You're amazing.
You're amazing, and I'm proud of you.
Hey, thanks, Anthony.
So we're at the end of the show today.
and mark your calendar for next week's show at 5 p.m. Eastern, 2 p.m. specific where we will be
talking in depth about understanding heart-related symptoms. So next show, it's about heart-related
issues. How many of you have any kind of heart-related issue or a symptom? Because we're
going to go into it. We're going to cover every bit of it. We're going to talk about like the true
cause of palpitations, arrhythmia, endocarditis, angina. I mean, we're going to go into it and,
you know, ectopic heartbeat, like all of it, meaning the causes that we're not finding out
at the cardiologist at the office there. I want to go to the doctor. We're not finding out about
what's causing it. So we get these heart palpitations. We don't know what that is.
And everything looks good. You had your EKG, everything, you know, but yet we need the answer.
So we're going in depth on that. Don't miss this one. Because, you know, I actually was like, you know, so many people have so many heart-related issues that are mystery, and I have to get into it. I have to get the information out there.
And this includes like the whole angina thing and the tightness of the chest and the whole thing where when you're laying down, you get up and blood pressure drops.
Your heart may pick up in speed.
All those different things that people deal with all the time, you know, and they get labeled all kinds of things like pots and everything else.
So we need to cover it.
Remember to go to my website, medicalmedium.com.
You can download the free chapter of my new book.
That's something you can do.
It's there.
Also, follow me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, where every day I post about the healing powers of different fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices.
You know, I'm really honored that you're here and you're listening.
Because everything in my heart and in my soul and who I am wants you to get what you can get in any way possible, any information, because I want you to have a chance.
You know, I've seen people not get that chance before out there, and I've seen time go by, and it's all a mystery.
And they go everywhere and everything, and they try everything.
I want you being armed with everything you've got.
You deserve it.
It's not your fault you've had these problems.
I love you.
Blessing.
Bye.
